I asked a client at the start of my work with them what the most frustrating thing about their business was.

Answer – spending time in sales visits and then having to go back again, all for a fairly low ticket price.

Solution – Time with me so I can first understand the business and then help to coach them towards a solution that takes in the process of selling benefits , understanding how not to use the same message to everyone and finally to get a plan for the year , month, week - to really get the sales rolling .
