Leadership

Effective leadership is putting first things first.

Stephen Covey

The difference between leadership and management , is not just the size of the cheque at the end of the month or the size of the car in the car park.

Within any business there is a process that creates income and usually this is broken down into parts and is managed; production, sales, marketing, distribution and so the list goes on .

The aim of the various managers in these areas is make sure that their area goes as quicker and smoothly as possible . So does a leader become a super manager in the way that some directors seem to do , well not in my opinion .

A leader should be able to set out the way forward , an aim , a goal for the business , department ; but should also do more than that , be able to ask the question is this the right thing we are doing , could we do this differently ?

My leadership program sets out ways to do this and ways th check which is the best way forward and how to communicate this in the best way possible .

All this and it is possible to get £1000 grant towards the cost .

Hope to talk to you soon .
