• The programme is highly “outcomes focussed”. In the first & second sessions the client develops, validates and documents the desired outcomes for the programme and the coach essentially commits to helping him deliver these objectives by the end of the programme.

• The reality is that we all can benefit from coaching. It’s not just for someone else! It gives you the development time you never give yourself.
